They were the stars of the show and although all the acts were very entertaining, BAM stood out as the most innovative and original act by far. Encountering any of the acts was a rather hit and miss affair as nobody knew when or where the performances would take place. We were lucky and saw the whole act from beginning to end and it was fantastic. The boys introduced themselves in english but soon spoke only in their own invented language which everyone seemed able to understand! The drumming and percussion was musically spot on and combined with humour made for an entertainment experience second to none. There was audience participation which while funny didn't humiliate as so many street performances can do. Looking at the website shows the act is flexible and there is clearly loads of stuff we didn't see so I hope BAM will be back in Essex very soon. Thanks for a great show.
